Emily oversees the day-to-day operations of our Distribution Centre, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while leading and supporting her team. From inventory management and order fulfilment to purchasing, shipping, and customer service, she plays a key role in keeping things moving behind the scenes. Emily is dedicated to providing excellent service and making sure fire departments have access to the resources they need. Campaigns, Partnerships & Reporting Coordinator
Katelyn helps bring our public fire-safety campaigns and initiatives to life! She works with sponsors and community partners, supports grant applications and fundraising opportunities, and helps coordinate programs, budgets, and communications to support the Council’s mission of keeping our communities safe.

Claire Kovacs
Graphic Design, Website, Social Media
Claire leads graphic design and visual branding for the Distribution Centre, bringing ideas to life through creative and eye-catching designs. She creates custom materials such as banners, tablecloths, tents, signage, and other promotional items, while also supporting website updates, social media, and marketing content. Claire plays an important role in showcasing our products and services, supporting fire-safety campaigns, and ensuring our visuals stay fresh, professional, and on-brand across the organization.

Customer Service / Shipping & Receiving
Our Shipper/Receiver oversees daily warehouse operations, including the shipping, receiving, and handling of products and supplies. He helps ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, while keeping inventory organized and the warehouse running smoothly. His attention to detail and dedication play an important role in making sure our customers receive the products and resources they need.

Keri Miller
Distribution Centre Assistant
Keri supports the DC Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre and manages Accounts Receivable, helping keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. She assists with order processing, invoicing, customer service, and other administrative tasks, while ensuring accurate financial records and timely follow-up. Her attention to detail, organization, and willingness to help make her an important part of the team and our commitment to providing excellent service to fire departments across Ontario.

Cathy Wood
Finance Administrator
Cathy is responsible for managing accounts payable and maintaining accurate financial records for the Distribution Centre. She works closely with vendors and internal team members to ensure invoices are processed, payments are handled, and financial records are kept up to date. Her organization, attention to detail, and dedication help keep our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently, making her a valued part of the team.

Executive Director
Jamie provides strategic leadership for the Council, overseeing business operations, guiding organizational priorities, and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
