These comprehensive fire safety curriculums are based on field-tested results of NFPA's® original LNTB program. They present fire safety messages using classroom lessons, activities and home connections. LNTB can be taught as stand-alone lessons or integrated into language arts core curriculum. The lesson plans provide consistent messaging for educators, whether during fire station visits or teaching fire safety in a classroom environment. Fire departments are encouraged to use these flagship resources and join with school educatiors to make time for fire safety educaiton in the classroom.
